How to request data deletion:

Please include:

1. Your registered phone number or email address
2. Your full name
3. Reason for deletion request (optional)
   
   

Once we receive your request, our team will verify your account ownership and process the deletion request within a reasonable period.

4. App usage and reward-related data
5. Customer profile information stored in the MekongNet App

Data that may be retained:
Some records may be retained where required by law, billing, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or service support obligations.
