My Rewards – MekongNet Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
Program Period: From 19 November 2025 to 31 December 2027
Welcome to My Rewards, MekongNet loyalty program designed to thank our customers for their continued trust and support in choosing MekongNet.
1. Program Eligibility
- The Program is open to all active MekongNet customers with a valid service & packages subscription.
- Customers must register through the MekongNet App to participate and earning points.
Participation is limited to individuals. Corporate accounts may be subject to separate arrangements.
2. Ways to Earn Points
Customers can earn points through the following actions:
- New Subscription (Home or Biz Packages)
- Contract Renewal (Home or Biz packages)
- App Download
- Submitting Feedback via the App

*Points are credited automatically to the customer’s account within the MekongNet App.
3. How to Redeem Points
- Points may be redeemed for merchandise or other rewards available in the MekongNet App.
- All redemptions are subject to stock availability.
- Once a redeemed item is collected, points cannot be reinstated, refunded, or exchanged.

5. Points Validity
- Points are valid for 24 months from the date customer earned.
- If a redeemed item is not collected within 30 days, its status will change to “Expired”, and points will be returned to the customer’s account.
- For contract renewals, points will appear in the app within 12 hours of completion.
- Unused points will automatically expire after the validity period 24 months and cannot be reissued.
6. Restrictions
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points and rewards are non-transferable.
7. Program Changes and Termination
- The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time.
- Customers will be informed of any changes in advance through MekongNet’s official platforms, including social media, the website, Telegram, and the MekongNet App.
