MekongNet and TADA Discount Coupon Campaign – Terms & Conditions

Campaign Period: From 1 June 2026 to 30th November 2026

1. Campaign Overview

The MekongNet x TADA Discount Coupon Campaign is a co-branded promotional initiative designed to introduce both brands to new and existing users, while driving customer engagement, acquisition, and transaction growth through exclusive partner discounts.

2. Campaign Period

  • Start Date: 1st June 2026
  • End Date: 30th November 2026
  • Duration: 6 months

3. Eligibility

  • This campaign is available to:
  • Registered MekongNet App users (Home or Biz accounts)

4. Service Availability

The promotion is valid for TADA services in the following locations:

  • Phnom Penh
  • Siem Reap
  • Sihanoukville
  • Kampot
  • Kep
  • Banteay Meanchey
  • Poipet

5. How to Redeem

*For Registered MekongNet App users and existing TADA users:

  1. Open MekongNet App
  2. Click on the Promotion Banner
  3. Tap “Get Coupon”
  4. Direct to TADA App with embedded coupon
  5. Coupon is applied

*For Registered MekongNet App users and new TADA users:

  1. Open MekongNet App
  2. Click on the Promotion Banner
  3. Tap “Get Coupon”
  4. Download and register TADA App via https://tada-rider.app.link/Ob2GUDuO42b
  5. Re-open MekongNet App
  6. Access Promotion Banner again
  7. Tap “Get Coupon” redirect to TADA App with embedded coupon

6. Promotion Details

  • For rides with a total fare exceeding KHR 6,000, a fixed discount of KHR 3,000 shall apply per ride.
  • For rides with a total fare equal to or less than KHR 6,000, a discount equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total fare shall apply per ride.
    * Example
  • If the ride costs KHR 10,000 → Customer pays KHR 7,000 (discount KHR 3,000)
  •  If the ride costs KHR 6,000 → Customer pays KHR 3,000 (50% discount)
  • If the ride costs KHR 4,000 → Customer pays KHR 2,000 (50% discount)
  • Valid for 2 rides per user.
  • Voucher valid for 30 days from redemption.

7. General Terms & Conditions

  • Limited offer, first-come, first-served
  • Not valid with other promotions
  • Additional charges (e.g. airport fees, toll fees) are not covered
  • Non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash
  • Valid only within the campaign period
  • Subject to service availability and coverage
